Registration

Please read through the general information below before starting to register. To register for the workshop please fill out the registration form and mail it to Emely Lindblom - emely.lindblom@ki.se.

The registration will close on August 1 2014.

Abstract submission for e-posters

We do not plan a poster session, but electronic posters can be submitted as pdf files. These will be made available on the web page of the meeting together with the mail address of the author. Participants if the meeting will have a chance to read the posters and contact an author. Abstracts can be submitted together with the registration form and will be printed in the conference proceedings. The deadline for submitting abstracts is August 1 2014.

Workshop fee

A conference fee of 500 SEK (approx. €55) will be collected in cash during the first day of the meeting. The workshop fee includes admission to the program, workshop material, refreshments, lunches and the conference dinner. Please have the cash with you (in Swedish crowns) when coming to the meeting. We are not able to accept credit card payments.

Accommodation

We recommend the Elite Hotel Arcadia situated 5 minutes by underground from Stockholm University and the Academy of Sciences.  

Other recommended hotels are Elite Palace and Elite Plaza. Youth hostels are also available - see here.

The participants are asked to book the hotel by themselves.
